- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just had to pay a bill that was sent to collections... paying the bill is not the problem-- the fact that it was sent to collections before I received a call or a late notice or anything that notified me I HAD a late bill is. I understand now that when you go to a doctor and they send out for labs you have to pay a separate entity and that is not covered under your doctors bill... well it is but just their time taking it and you have to pay separately for the "lab" to test it... okay.. fine- lesson learned, this was my first and no one told me and im adding it to the lessons I have learned now that im an adult. Regardless though-- they had all my information and could have just made a call or sent a bill before dinging my credit by sending me to collections.
