- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Really appreciate the kindness of the staff and the Dr on duty when we came here tonight with our sick cat. We have been twice and this time in particular the Dr was very compassionate and gentle. We had to put the cat to sleep, and they made a little paw print ornament for us to keep. Very thoughtful (and free). It is an emergency services facility, so they have to triage just like a human emergency room. The most dire cases go first and so you may have to wait if it is not the most critical emergency at the moment. All my vets always refer to this facility for emergency services, and we would return if necessary. Thank you to Dr Bailey tonight in particular for his kindness.July 03, 2017by Ellie Tami
